We're looking for a reliable Class 2 Delivery Driver to join our client’s team in Port Dundas in the Food Distribution sector.  This is a temporary position where you’ll be delivering goods to customers as part of a multi-drop route, who will drive an automatic vehicle

5-day shift pattern, Monday to Friday, 

04.30am around 9-10 hours a day

Salary -15.50ph

What You'll Be Doing:

• Driving Class 2 vehicles to make deliveries.

• Unloading goods at customer premises which may involve stairs and some lifting
• Following road safety and food safety guidelines.

• Making around 20-30 drops a day, depending on your route.
• Paperwork must be completed per cunstomer
• Providing friendly and professional service to customers.
• You will have a second man with you at all times

Training:

• 3 days of training in the depot prior to start date.
• 1 week on the road with an experienced driver.
• Ongoing support as you settle into the role.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) license 
• Over 25 (insurance requirement).
• Experience preferred, but training can be provided for the right person
• Physically fit and okay with manual work.
• Good with rules and road safety.
• Friendly and confident with customers.

• No DD, DR or CD on licence
