KPI Recruiting are currently recruiting professional Class 2 Drivers to work with one of our prestigious clients based in Stoke on Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking ongoing, full-time work with a well-established business.

• Rota work – 1^st week Tuesday – Friday. 2^nd week – Monday – Saturday.
• Start times between 0200 – 0430

The Role

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be delivering bakery products to different supermarkets and wholesalers across the UK. Can be around 15 drops a day. There can be times where you are asked to help unload so handball can be involved!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Multi-drop deliveries of bakery products.
• Loading and unloading goods where required (some handball involved)
• Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
• Driving safely and in accordance with all transport legislation

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• A valid CPC qualification
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• A good understanding of Drivers' Hours and the Working Time Directive (WTD)
• No IN, DD or DR endorsements on your licence
• Flexibility with working hours when required
• Safety boots and a hi-vis vest (other PPE may be required)

Pay

£15.21 per hour!

Paid weekly via PAYE directly into your nominated bank account every Friday.
