Duties:

Job Title: Client Services Administrator 

Salary: £22,000

Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm

Location: Hanley

The Role:

You will be responsible for completing the administration and conversion of enquires into new business. You will need to be self-driven with a positive and resilient outlook. You will need to be computer literate with client-focused service and administration experience. The ability to work accurately in a pressurised environment is fundamental to this role.

Main duties:

  • Delivery of a first class client experience
  • Answering and responding to enquiries via telephone, email and our website
  • Gathering the necessary information for new conveyancing enquiries to enable you to provide a cost estimate to clients and guide them through the initial stages of the conveyancing process.
  • Helping to maintain existing client relationships through effective communication
  • Transferring of clients’ records efficiently and accurately to the legal departments

 

About you:
