If yes, KPI Care are recruiting for a dedicated Clinical Lead to work within a nursing home based in Thornton Heath.

Your responsibilities as a Clinical Lead Nurse will include:

• You will be working closely with residents, families, and team members to ensure a safe and welcoming environment that support’s the residents physical, emotional and social needs.
• You will be delivering high quality and tailored care plans for the individual need of each resident to encourage choice, independence, and dignity.
• In the absence of the Home Manager, you will be managing the running of the home and supervise your dedicated team.
• You will be responsible for the safe handling, administration and recording of all medication and treatments that are in line with NMC guidelines and company policies.
• You will be overseeing compliance in line with CQC regulations, policies and company processes.

It is a requirement that all candidates have a valid NMC pin and are eligible to work in the UK

Location: Thornton Heath
Salary: Competitive

Shift: 40 hours (24 hours supernumerary)
Contracted hours: Full Time

Contract Type: Permanent
