I'm currently working with a highly regarded regional law firm that has built an excellent reputation for the quality of its work, its supportive culture and the way it genuinely invests in its people.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Fee Earner (3+ PQE) to join a well-established and growing team handling high-quality work, with plenty of autonomy and genuine career progression.

The Role

You'll work across a varied commercial property caseload, including:

Landlord & Tenant matters

Acquisitions & Disposals

✍️ Conditional Contracts

Option & Overage Agreements

Secured Lending

️ Easements

You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of a respected Commercial Property department, working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment.

✅ About You

✔️ Qualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner with 3+ years' PQE (applications from more experienced candidates are also encouraged)

✔️ Passionate about Commercial Property and delivering an excellent client service

✔️ Organised, proactive and commercially minded

✔️ Comfortable using technology and keen to continue developing your expertise

✔️ Looking to join a firm where your contribution is recognised and your career can genuinely progress
