About the Role
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organised Concierge to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the building or property.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and maintaining a welcoming and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, guests, and contractors in a professional manner
- Manage front desk operations and handle enquiries efficiently
- Monitor building access and maintain security procedures
- Coordinate deliveries, parcels, and visitor sign-ins
- Respond promptly to resident requests and maintenance issues
- Liaise with property management, maintenance teams, and external contractors
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and incident reports
- Ensure communal areas remain tidy, presentable, and well maintained
- Provide local recommendations and assistance where required
