Pay Rate

• Starting from £12.71 per hour
• Final pay rate will be discussed during the phone interview

Typical Concierge Responsibilities

• Greeting residents and visitors in a professional manner
• Monitoring access to the building and ensuring site security
• Handling enquiries and providing assistance when required
• Logging visitors, deliveries, and incidents
• Conducting regular site checks and reporting any issues
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Supporting residents and staff with general day-to-day assistance
