Key Responsibilities as a Counterbalance FLT Driver are:

• Operating Counterbalance and Flexi/Articulated forklifts to move, relocate, and stack goods
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles with precision and care
• General warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and stock rotation
• Ensuring all health and safety regulations are strictly followed
• Assisting with inventory checks and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Deliver parcels to customer using company van

What we’re looking for as a Counterbalance FLT Driver:

• A valid, accredited Counterbalance forklift license
• A valid Flexi, Bendi, or any Articulated forklift license
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• A strong work ethic and a history of excellent attendance
• Adaptable and positive attitude
• Reliable and hardworking
• Good time keeping

Working Hours as a Counterbalance FLT Driver:

• Saturday- Sunday
• 07:00 – 17:00

The rate of pay as Counterbalance FLT Driver is:

• £14.00 p/h
