Due to increased workload, my client a family run online retailer are currently seeking a customer service candidate to join the team on an ongoing basis. This is a great opportunity where you will act as the main point of contact for incoming calls and emails from customers for 3 brands within the business, taking relevant information and investigating queries. You will also be providing general admin support to the team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be well organised, capable of working within a busy environment and previous office experience.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
