KPI Recruiting arelooking to recruit for a customer service administrator to join the existing team of 3 based in the Northwich offices.Customer service experience is essential as this will be a standalone role where you will be supporting the team leader with all queries and managing customer calls. My client is a leading and successful Nationwide property company that believe in Honesty & Integrity, Reliability and Teamwork. P
As a Customer Service Team Member your role will include: –
- First point of contact for our customers
- Handling of customer calls
- Responding to internet queries
- Management of surveyor’s diaries
- Typing reports
- Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments
- Effectively planning and prioritising workload.
You will be;
- Proactive, confident and positive
- Able to prioritise and multi-task
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail

- IT and Office Software Literate
Hours of work are 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday working flexibly between 8.00am and 6.00pm depending on business needs.
