£13.00 per hour

Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs per week OR 20hrs per week

Temporary to Permanent contract

KPI Recruiting are currently recruiting for multiple Customer Service Advisors to support a prestigious client based in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent. With easily accessible routes via public transport, you will be working full-time or part-time from their advanced and modern offices.

As part of their Advisory team you will be responsible for providing the highest level of service aligned to our client’s strategy, projects, resources and customer satisfactions aims. As well have the opportunity to work with providers and partner organisations!

To be successful, you will have a good understanding in driving the Customer Services department and support your colleagues to deliver a first class, pre-emptive service for customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer procedures and concepts to help resolve customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively
  • Use clear communication and common courtesy to solve and overcome prolonged customer issues
  • Assists the team to provide product and service information to customers
  • Identify upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships
  • Provide consistent advice on processes enabling the best possible service in relation to inquiries,  requests, suggestions and complaints to new and existing customers
  • Support relationships internally and externally to gain customer trust in all aspects of all customer support and delivery
  • Perform other administration duties
