My client is a successful, family owned business with sites across the UK.  They are looking to recruit a Customer Service driven candidate to join their team of 4. 

My client offers free parking, company pension and life insurance, as well as social events.

Main responsibilities;

  • Handling customer queries via telephone and email, responding accordingly
  • Analysing reports to check delivery eta’s
  • Tracking deliveries and ensuring they are meeting deadlines
  • Updating internal systems, ensuring all data is entered accurately onto the system

The ideal candidate;

  • Friendly and professional demeanour
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
  • Be self-motivated and able to work well both in your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer requirements
