My client is a successful, family owned business with sites across the UK. They are looking to recruit a Customer Service driven candidate to join their team of 4.
My client offers free parking, company pension and life insurance, as well as social events.
Main responsibilities;
- Handling customer queries via telephone and email, responding accordingly
- Analysing reports to check delivery eta’s
- Tracking deliveries and ensuring they are meeting deadlines
- Updating internal systems, ensuring all data is entered accurately onto the system

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
- Be self-motivated and able to work well both in your own initiative and as part of a team
- Have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer requirements
