CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
PRESTON BROOK
£25,000 - £28,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established company based in the Runcorn area.
Shift base rota: 7am – 3:30pm / 8am – 4:30pm / 8:30am – 5pm / 9:30 – 6pm
Working 1 in 10 Saturdays, 8am – 12pm (one day off in the week)
Job Description
- Handling with a variety of incoming calls from customers to raise new work orders or discuss existing orders
- Handle a variety of incoming emails with queries
- Allocate orders using a ticket system
- Determine and diagnose faults first time through asking the right questions and allocating to the correct engineer for attendance or contract manager for quotations
- Ensure jobs are attended to within correct timescales
- Ensure all job technical details are recorded accurately in order to support the first visit access and fix for engineers and customers where possible
- Provide customers with updates on outstanding repairs
- Manage all notes effectively including the unscheduled tasks
- Communicate daily with engineers to support them with efficient completion of jobs during their day and request attendance for callouts
- Close down jobs accurately for invoicing
- Log complaints, compliments and dissatisfaction making sure that the detailed information reaches the correct person
The Successful Candidate
- Must have full driving licence and own vehicle
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Previous experience within in data entry, administration and scheduling
- Strong time management and punctuality
- Experience handling complaints
