Customer Service Assistant

Location: Winsford, Cheshire

Duration: Temporary - Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM  

Pay rate:  £12.21 PH

KPI Recruiting are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to support  one of our core clients during a period of exceptional growth.

Key Duties

• Responding to customer queries and resolving customer issues
• Processing orders and handling returns
• Providing delivery information and liaising with couriers
• Working as part of a team to provide a positive customer experience

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication skills including a natural telephone manner
• Good listening skills
• Experience of communicating at all levels
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous
• IT literate
