CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR | IRLAM | FULL TIME, PERMANENT | OFFICE BASED

£27,500 per annum plus yearly bonus

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5pm

KPI Recruiting are delighted to be partnering with a well-established business in the Irlam area, who are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their supportive and collaborative team on a full-time, permanent basis.

If you’re confident in communicating with business customers by phone and email, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

You will be

• Handle inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Prepare and issue quotations, following through to successful order conversion
• Provide comprehensive administrative support across various business functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient task completion
•  

You will have…

• A minimum of 12 months experience in a varied administrative, office based position
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to the Irlam offices on a daily basis
• IT literate and quick to learn new systems
