Customer Service Advisor

Location: Crewe
Contract: Temporary – 3 Months
Pay Rate: £12.76 per hour
Hours: Part Time

Are you a friendly, customer-focused individual who enjoys helping people and finding solutions? We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a team in Crewe on a temporary 3-month basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who is confident communicating with customers and can provide a professional and positive experience across every interaction.

Key Duties

• Deliver a friendly, professional and customer-focused service across all interactions.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and efficiently via telephone and email.
• Accurately process customer orders, returns, payments and refunds.
• Keep up to date with new products, services and business updates to ensure customers receive accurate information.
• Investigate and resolve order-related queries, taking ownership of issues and identifying effective solutions.
• Build positive relationships with customers and ensure their needs are understood and addressed.

Key Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive, approachable and professional manner.
• Confident communicating with customers via both phone and email.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve queries effectively.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
