CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES ADMINISTRATOR | BLACKBURN | PART TIME | PERMANENT
Hours of work: Monday to Friday – 5 hours per day
Working pattern: Fully office based
Salary: £16,666 per annum (based on working 25hr per week)
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Administrator with strong communication and administrative skills to join our well-established client based in the Blackburn area, on a part time, permanent basis.
You will be…
- Acting as first point of contact into the office, taking inbound calls and emails from clients in relation to new and existing order requirements
- Providing product, pricing and stock availability information, offering recommendations on products where necessary
- Processing new orders on the internal system, accurately inputting delivery information and setting up new customer accounts
- Providing updates to clients via telephone and email communications, throughout the order process, to ensure service levels and relationships are maintained
- Processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records
You will have…
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working in an customer service / sales administrative role
- Knowledge of invoicing processes, with experience maintaining financial records and systems
