MONDAY TO SUNDAY, 37.5HRS PER WEEK

BASED IN CREWE

Based in the heart of Crewe with easy access routes via public transport, KPI Recruiting are currently partnered with an established company that strive to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective solutions for their clients.

Due to such fast-paced growth over the last decade, our client has the opportunity to expand their team while working to improve the quality of service to all customers. KPI are now supporting in the recruitment process for a Customer Service Executive, working full-time, with a brilliant team to help with your success in the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Previous customer service experience – this doesn’t need to be within a call or contact centre but anywhere where you have managed customers and delivered a great service
  • Active listening skills 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • To be empathetic and understanding
  • Able to use IT systems including Microsoft Office software
  • The ability to think quickly and problem solve

Desirable Skills

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Packages
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable manner with plenty of initiative
  • Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
