Customer Service Advisor (Part-Time)
£26,650 FTE | 22.5 Hours per Week | Hybrid Working | Crewe | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Flexible Working Pattern: Choose between 3 full days per week or 5 days at 4.5 hours per day.

The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting customers through a variety of channels, ensuring every enquiry is handled efficiently, professionally, and with empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately assess and process customer claims, ensuring compliance with company procedures and fraud prevention measures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including telephone, email, live chat, post, and social media.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately and efficiently.
- Handle sensitive and vulnerable customer situations with empathy, professionalism, and care.
- Support customers with policy closures and account-related enquiries.
- Promote and encourage the use of digital services to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to data protection regulations and promptly report any breaches or concerns.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and continuously improve service delivery.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused, compassionate, and solutions-oriented.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
