YOUR NEW ROLE
Due to their continued growth and success, my client has a vacancy for a Customer Service administrator to join their team on a temporary-permanent basis. You will be joining a team of 6 staff who work rotational shifts of 2 – 10 / 10 – 6
Your duties will include (but are not limited to);
- Monitoring customer calls and email queries
- Scanning and matching proof of delivery notes
- Processing daily paperwork for all sites
- Retrieve POD’s from customer portals
- Reporting on discrepancies and checking all paperwork is correct
YOU WILL BE
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to investigate and resolve queries, have good attention to detail and proficient on systems. You must be able to multi task and work in a busy environment where you will work to deadlines and timescales. Previous working knowledge of logistics or transport would be advantageous!
