Domestic Cleaner

Location: Kilmarnock, KA3
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 8 shifts between 06:30 – 18:30

The Opportunity

KPI Recruiting are looking for a Domestic Cleaner to work with our valued client based in Kilmarnock (KA3).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated cleaning team in a fast-paced environment, helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
• Ensure all rooms and communal areas are kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Carry out laundry tasks such as washing, drying, and ironing where required.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and maintain equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow strict health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors.
• Work efficiently to meet cleaning schedules and service standards.

About You

• Previous experience as a Cleaner, Domestic Assistant, or Housekeeper is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible and proactive attitude, comfortable working in a busy environment.
• Awareness of COSHH and hygiene standards (training provided if required).
