KPi Education is currently working in partnership with a primary school in Warrington to recruit an enthusiastic Early Years or KS1 Teacher for a September 2026 start.

The Role

As an Early Years or KS1 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping children's first experiences of education, creating engaging learning opportunities that support both academic and personal development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons that inspire young learners
  • Supporting children's development across all areas of the curriculum
  • Delivering high-quality phonics, early reading, writing, and mathematics provision
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Monitoring pupil progress and adapting learning to meet individual needs

The successful candidate will be passionate about helping children develop confidence, independence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from:

  • Qualified Teachers (QTS)
  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
  • Experienced EYFS and KS1 practitioners

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Framework and/or Key Stage 1 Curriculum
  • Experience delivering high-quality phonics and early literacy provision
  • A nurturing and child-centred approach to teaching
  • High expectations for behaviour, achievement, and personal development
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
