KPI Education is expanding its Manchester team and seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Education Recruitment Consultant to join us on a permanent basis with an immediate start available.

The Role
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will operate in a full 360 capacity, responsible for:
- Building and developing relationships with secondary schools
- Sourcing and placing Graduate Teaching Assistants, ECTs and Qualified Teachers
- Generating new business opportunities
- Managing the full recruitment cycle
- Conducting client meetings and candidate interviews
- Working towards clear financial targets with uncapped earning potential
This is a target-driven role suited to individuals who thrive in competitive, performance-based environments.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in education recruitment OR
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong commercial awareness and resilience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ambition to build a long-term career
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
