Electrical bias Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Days up to 55k)

Eccles, Greater Manchester

50 - 55k DOE

Monday to Friday 7:30 - 16:30 (Flexi-time)

A highly respected, family run producer are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the engineering function on days. Working on your own initiative you will assist with current/ future expansion projects, minimise plant downtime and implement PPM/ Continuous improvement across site.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive repairs to a variety of electrical equipment and mechanical systems

Carry out planned Maintenance activities.

Minimising downtime and contributing to the achievement of production targets

Supervision of outside contractors/service engineers and tradesmen as required

Management of small projects such as equipment installation or staff training

To develop and implement process improvements

Electrical fault finding/ repair on sensors, motors, panels, drives etc...

About You

Time served Electrical Engineer from a high volume, continuous production environment.

PLC experience essential

Happy to work on your own initiative and confident decision maker.
