About the Role:
Are you a hands-on engineering professional with a passion for keeping production running smoothly? We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at a thriving food manufacturing facility in Leeds. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency across our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of maintenance engineers and technicians
• Plan and schedule preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues on-site
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimise equipment performance

• Proven experience in a supervisory engineering role within food manufacturing or a similar industry
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and maintenance knowledge
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and maintain high safety standards
