• Salary: Up to £550 per week (depending on experience and assignment)

Role Overview: English Graduate Classroom Assistant

• Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups who require additional help in English
• Assist in raising attainment levels by delivering focused interventions
• Work with gifted students aiming for Russell Group university places
• Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging lessons
• Gain valuable classroom experience to prepare for a career in education

Candidate Profile: English Graduate Classroom Assistant

• Achieved a 2:1 or higher in an English-focused degree (Language, Literature, Creative Writing, etc.)
• Strong academic grounding in English is a must
• Enthusiastic, patient, and eager to make a difference in young learners’ lives
• Prior experience in tutoring, mentoring, or classroom settings is a bonus, though not required
• Long-term interest in teaching or educational psychology welcomed
