Export Sales Coordinator
Location: Stoke
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.00pm (flexible)
Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 per annum
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Export Sales Coordinator to support our clients'international sales operations. In this role, you will manage customer orders from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring all export documentation and shipping requirements are met. You will serve as a key point of contact for international customers, handling queries, and coordinating closely with internal departments. A strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide both spoken and written support to clients in the local language when necessary
- Accurately log customer orders into the internal system after reviewing their requirements
- Monitor order status and follow up to ensure timely processing and delivery
- Coordinate shipment logistics and prepare all necessary export paperwork
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer issues and resolve complaints efficiently
- Issue credit notes and organize complimentary replacements, liaising with the Quality Assurance team to gather necessary details
- Offer administrative and operational assistance to the Export Sales Manager and the Group International Sales Manager
- Take initiative in recommending the most suitable products based on customer needs
