KPI Education are working with a diverse and inclusive primary school in Hounslow to appoint a committed EYFS Teacher for a full-time position.

This is a setting where Early Years learning is placed at the heart of the school. The Role

You will be expected to:

  • Deliver high-quality EYFS teaching through structured and play-based learning
  • Create an engaging, safe, and stimulating early years environment
  • Support the development of early reading, phonics, numeracy, and communication skills
  • Observe, assess, and record progress in line with EYFS statutory frameworks
  • Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing, social skills, and confidence
  • Work closely with parents and carers to support early development at home and school
  • Collaborate effectively with EYFS colleagues, support staff, and leadership
  • Enhance continuous provision both indoors and outdoors
  • Support a smooth transition into Year 1

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a dedicated EYFS teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards it (ECTs and PGCE students welcome)
  • Has a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development
  • Is confident in delivering early phonics and foundational numeracy
  • Can create a calm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
  • Maintains high expectations for all learners’ progress and development
  • Is reflective, organised, and adaptable in their teaching practice
  • Brings enthusiasm, warmth, and consistency to Early Years education
