A warm and inclusive primary school in Birmingham is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring EYFS Teacher or Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join its Early Years team from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to providing engaging early learning experiences and supporting children to develop socially, emotionally, and academically within a safe and stimulating environment.
What's the role?
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver creative and engaging learning opportunities in line with the EYFS framework
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
- Support children's early communication, language, literacy, and social development
- Observe, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:
- Hold QTS or be working towards Qualified Teacher Status
- Have a degree in Education or a relevant academic subject (2:1 or above)
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
- Be patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about early years education
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Bring creativity, energy, and warmth to the classroom
