Duties:
Facilities Coordinator - Crewe
£30,000 to £37,000 per annum
Are you an organised and proactive professional looking for a dynamic role? As a Facilities Coordinator, you will take charge of managing all office facilities, both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will include ensuring staff training is up to date and arranging training sessions, maintaining the highest health and safety standards for all employees and external visitors, and keeping the building in top condition. You will address any maintenance issues promptly and arrange regular checks and testing in line with health, safety, and compliance policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure health and safety protocols are followed.
- Manage stationary orders, toiletries, and cleaning apparatus.
- Update policies and ensure they are adhered to.
- Keep track of employee on line training records.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.
- Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies and services.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Always think ahead and be proactive in addressing potential issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role is a must.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software and tools.
