Monday - Friday: (6am - 2pm / 1pm - 9pm)

A global manufacturer in Deeside are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for their facilities team. Working Monday to Friday you will minimise plant downtime, assist with projects and implement PPM/ Continuous improvement across their brand new, state of the art facility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive repairs to a variety equipment and mechanical systems
• Carry out planned Maintenance activities.
• Minimising downtime and contributing to the achievement of production targets
• Supervision of outside contractors/service engineers and tradesmen as required
• Management of small projects such as equipment installation or staff training
• To develop and implement process improvements
• Electrical fault finding/ repair on sensors, motors, panels, drives etc...

About You

• Time served Mechanical Engineer from a high volume, continuous production environment.
• Ideally you will have previous experience in installation, fault diagnosis, testing and inspection of electrical systems.
• Specific experience may include HVAC, BMS, Boiler/ Steam systems etc..
