KPI Recruiting are looking for an experienced FLT / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklift trucks to move materials and stock throughout the warehouse. Duties include collecting items, completing orders for delivery and pickup, and monitoring warehouse inventory to ensure smooth operations.

This is a full-time position with working hours Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role offers a basic pay rate of £13.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate counterbalance forklift trucks efficiently and safely within the warehouse environment
• Load, unload, and transport goods and materials as required
• Organize and sort stock in designated warehouse areas
• Complete order picking and preparation for dispatch
• Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or issues
• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment
• Valid FLT / Counterbalance forklift license and experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to health and safety procedures
