FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Stafford Park, Telford (TF3)
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
Hours: 10:00am – 10:00pm
Pay: £12.98 per hour

KPI Recruiting are looking for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client based in Stafford Park, Telford (TF3). This is a great opportunity for someone with a valid Counterbalance licence to join a busy warehouse team offering consistent shifts and a supportive working environment.

Your duties will include:

• Unloading pallets from delivery vehicles and safely storing stock within the warehouse.

• Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, labelling, and repacking.

• Completing daily forklift truck checks and reporting any faults or defects immediately.

• Helping to maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.

• Following all health and safety procedures and site regulations at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).

• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
