General Cleaner & Stock Control Operative
Hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm (flexibility with working hours available after training)
Pay: £12.71 per hour

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Cleaner & Stock Control Operative to join their production and warehouse team. This is a varied role combining high standards of site cleanliness with stock control responsibilities to help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation.

The successful candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment while supporting the wider production team with stock management and general housekeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise production lines in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain warehouse and production areas to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Carry out daily housekeeping duties across the site.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning products and consumables.
• Order and replenish cleaning supplies when required.
• Assist with general stock control and inventory checks.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is stored correctly and maintained.
• Follow all Health & Safety and company procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues or low stock levels to management.

Skills & Experience

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.

• Previous cleaning experience within a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with stock control or inventory management.
• Understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
