KPI Recruiting are currently looking for General Operatives to join our client’s production team. This is a great opportunity to work within a busy factory environment where full training will be provided.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Rotating Shifts – 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00

Key Responsibilities

• Working in a production area with an allocated packing area or machine to run, set & monitor

• Loading products into machinery to correct measurements

• Operating semi-automatic and fully automatic filling and packing machines

• Minimising downtime by working efficiently on the factory floor

• Monitoring, recording and controlling information on paper and warehouse systems

• Assisting with continuous improvement and ensuring compliance standards are met

• Sewing machinists: operating flatbed or binding machines to stitch duvets and pillows, sewing in correct product and fire labels

PPE Required

• Safety shoes

• High-vis vest
