- Do you want to teach Geography in a school where students actually care about the world around them?
- Are you passionate about delivering lessons that go beyond the textbook — climate, global issues, real-world impact?
- Ready to join a department where fieldwork, enquiry, and discussion are at the heart of what you do?
KPI Education are working in partnership with a progressive and high-achieving secondary school in London to recruit a Geography Teacher or ECT for September.
This is a standout opportunity for someone who wants to teach Geography properly — with freedom, support, and purpose.
Why this school?
This is a school that understands the value of Geography in shaping informed, thoughtful students.
- A well-established Humanities faculty with strong leadership and clear direction
- Geography is a popular option subject at GCSE and A-Level

- Field trips and enrichment are not an afterthought — they are built into the curriculum
- You’ll be part of a department that shares resources, ideas, and best practice openly
- There are clear opportunities to progress into TLR roles or subject leadership
The role:
- Teach Geography across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available depending on experience)
- Deliver engaging lessons covering both physical and human Geography
- Inspire students to think critically about the world around them
- Contribute to a department that is ambitious and collaborative
Who they’re looking for:
- A qualified Geography Teacher or ECT
- Strong subject knowledge across key topics (climate, urbanisation, global development, etc.)
- Someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and clarity into the classroom
- A teacher who wants to be part of a school that is moving forward, not standing still
A few questions to challenge you:

- What’s your approach to delivering impactful fieldwork experiences?
- How do you stretch top-end students aiming for the highest grades?
- What would a great Geography lesson look like in your classroom?
