- A recent graduate (2:1 or above) from a top university, ideally in English, Maths, Science, Humanities or a related academic field.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and enjoys problem-solving.
- A strong communicator with the ability to inspire, support and connect with young people.
- An aspiring teacher, lecturer, or academic who sees this year as the foundation for a long-term career in education.
The Offer
- £25,000 – £27,000 per annum (term-time only, paid weekly).
- Full-time, fixed-term contract for the academic year.
- Structured mentoring from experienced teachers and senior leaders.
- A pathway into teacher training or further academic routes for 2026.
