Graduating from a Russell Group or Top UK University this summer?
Want a career-defining role where you can help exceptional students reach the very top while supporting others to unlock their potential?
Looking for meaningful experience before Teacher Training, Educational Psychology, a Master's degree, Medicine, or another professional pathway?
A prestigious secondary school in West London is seeking an outstanding Graduate Academic Mentor to join its student support team from September 2026.
This highly regarded school is renowned for its academic excellence, exceptional pastoral care, and commitment to ensuring every student succeeds—whether they are striving for Oxbridge and Russell Group universities or require additional support to overcome barriers to learning.

The Role:
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group academic interventions
- Support high-achieving students with extension work and university preparation
- Work with students requiring additional academic support
