Your Responsibilities

As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you will:

• Deliver one-to-one and small group academic intervention sessions.
• Support students preparing for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
• Work alongside outstanding teachers during engaging classroom lessons.
• Mentor pupils who require additional encouragement and academic guidance.
• Monitor student progress and celebrate achievements.
• Help create an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
• Become a positive role model for young people throughout the school.
