An ambitious and high-achieving secondary school in Camden is looking to appoint an exceptional Graduate Academic Mentor to join its outstanding support team from September.

You'll become a key member of the school's academic intervention team, working with students of all abilities to build confidence, raise attainment and develop a genuine love of learning. Your Responsibilities
As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you will:
- Deliver one-to-one and small group academic intervention sessions.
- Support students preparing for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
- Work alongside outstanding teachers during engaging classroom lessons.
- Mentor pupils who require additional encouragement and academic guidance.
- Monitor student progress and celebrate achievements.
- Help create an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
- Become a positive role model for young people throughout the school.
