The Role – Graduate Academic Mentor:
As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you will work closely with students aged 11–16 to provide targeted academic support across core subjects. You will deliver small-group sessions, 1:1 interventions, and in-class assistance to ensure pupils are fully supported in their learning.

This Graduate Academic Mentor role is particularly well-suited to graduates of English, Maths, Science, or Humanities with ambitions to move into teaching, psychology, or education-based careers.

Ideal Candidate – Graduate Academic Mentor:

  • 2:1 degree or higher in a core subject (English, Maths, Science, Humanities)
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to adapt to different learning needs
  • Experience in tutoring, mentoring, or youth work is desirable but not essential
  • Must have UK work rights (no visa sponsorship available)
