This school is a special place full of learning, laughter and friendship where everyone is happy, valued and feels safe. They enjoy the present but look to the future, aspiring to equip their children with the skills, curiosity and resilience needed to continue learning throughout their lives.
As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will provide guidance and support to children who struggle with behavioural issues that effect their school day. The children respond well when creating a good relationship with a mentor and this allows them to be able to progress and enjoy being in the classroom with their fellow students. Your role may be challenging at times, but once the barriers are overcome, the role is exceptionally rewarding as you see the children become more settled and make significant progress academically and emotionally.
This school is located just a ten-minute commute from Liverpool city centre, near Bootle, and is in a great location for public transport links across Liverpool. There is on-site parking, and the nearest train station is a short walk away. The school has specified learning spaces where you will be able to work with children as a Graduate Behaviour Mentor.
