Are you ready to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning in young children?

We are recruiting a Graduate Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school setting. • Competitive salary in line with MPS
  • Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and academic development
  • Use continuous provision and play-based learning to encourage exploration and independence
  • Observe, assess, and track children’s progress in line with EYFS early learning goals
  • September 2026 start available

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS or an Early Career Teacher (ECT)
  • A degree in Early Childhood Studies, Primary Education, or a related field
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development
  • A warm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting young learners
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and families

What the Role Offers:
This Graduate Early Years Teacher role is a wonderful opportunity for ECTs to begin their teaching journey in a caring and child-focused environment. The role centres on fostering communication and language development, early literacy and numeracy, and supporting children’s personal, social, and emotional development. You will play a key role in creating meaningful learning experiences that encourage curiosity, independence, and resilience, helping every child to feel secure, supported, and ready to learn.
