A friendly and community-focused primary school in Bolton is seeking a motivated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Nursery and Reception team for the rest of the academic year.

The Role – Early Years Teaching Assistant
- Full-time, term-time only (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm)
- Immediate start in a long-term position
- Weekly pay between £530–£560
- Based in Bolton with good transport access
- Supporting Nursery and Reception classes
- Assisting with phonics, early language and basic numeracy
- Encouraging learning through play-based and creative activities
- Providing additional support to children who need extra help
- Interviews available straight away
In this Early Years Teaching Assistant role, you’ll play a key part in creating a positive and engaging classroom environment. You’ll support activity preparation, help deliver learning tasks, and contribute to children’s emotional and social development.
Working closely with teachers, the Early Years Teaching Assistant will observe pupil progress, help adapt activities where needed, and promote positive behaviour throughout the day. You’ll also gain valuable insight into early assessment and child development.
