Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant
- Full-time role, term-time only
- September start, continuing throughout the entire academic year
- Earn up to £540 per week
- Deliver targeted 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs alongside wider classroom assistance
- Work closely with experienced Early Years practitioners to create engaging and imaginative learning experiences

As a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging Early Years learning experiences and helping children settle into school life. You’ll assist with classroom activities, encourage participation and independence, track pupil development, and provide dedicated 1:1 support for a child with additional needs.
This position offers invaluable exposure to Early Years practice, allowing you to develop your classroom skills, strengthen your understanding of child development, and gain the experience needed to progress towards a future teaching career.
