Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant

  • Full-time role, term-time only
  • September start, continuing throughout the full academic year
  • Earn up to £540 per week
  • Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs while assisting across the wider Early Years classroom

As a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning experiences that support children as they begin school life. You'll help prepare and deliver classroom activities, encourage children's confidence and independence, monitor their progress, and provide focused 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs to ensure they can fully access learning.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, build essential classroom experience, and strengthen the skills needed for a successful future in teaching. You'll become part of a dedicated team committed to helping every child achieve their full potential.
