Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant
- Full-time position, term-time only
- September start, running throughout the full academic year
- Earn up to £540 per week
- Provide personalised 1:1 support for children with additional needs alongside wider classroom assistance
- Work alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging, creative, and play-based Early Years activities
- Make use of inspiring indoor and outdoor learning spaces designed to encourage exploration
- Clear career progression opportunities from September 2027

As a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll become an important part of the classroom team, working alongside the class teacher to support pupils as they take their first steps into education. You’ll help with classroom activities, encourage children to get involved, observe and support their progress, and provide dedicated 1:1 assistance to a child with additional needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to build your knowledge of Early Years education, strengthen your practical classroom skills, and gain first-hand experience of child development. The experience you gain will provide a strong foundation for anyone considering future teacher training or a career working with young children.
