Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant
- Full-time role, term-time only
- October 2026 start, continuing for the full academic year
- Earn up to £540 per week
- Deliver tailored 1:1 support to children with additional needs while also assisting across the wider classroom
- Work closely with experienced teachers to support fun, engaging, and creative Early Years learning
- Utilise stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments that promote discovery and exploration
- Excellent opportunities for career progression from September 2027

As a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role within the classroom, working alongside the class teacher to support children as they begin their school journey. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily classroom activities, encouraging participation, supporting children’s development and progress, and providing dedicated 1:1 support for a child with additional needs.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable insight into Early Years education while developing your confidence and practical classroom skills. You’ll gain first-hand experience of supporting young children and understanding their individual needs, providing an ideal foundation for anyone considering teacher training or a longer-term career in education.
