Salary: £20,000-£25,000, term time only

An Ofsted Good-Outstanding school, with a reputation for high standards and producing excellent results, are seeking a Graduate English Teaching Assistant to further support in the delivery of their English Language and Literature curricula from KS3-KS4.
About the role
As a Graduate English Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support classroom learning across KS3-4
- Providing small group and 1:1 intervention to raise attainment
- Assist with lesson preparation and resource management
- Help monitor student progress and engagement and provide feedback to teachers
- Encourage an inclusive culture of resilience and ambition

What are we looking for?
- 2:1 degree or higher in English or a related subject from a leading university
- A passion for education and working with young people
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Desire to pursue a career in education (preferred but not essential)
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
