The Role – Graduate Intern / Future Trainee Teacher

  • Full-time role supporting students across KS3–KS5
  • Provide academic mentoring to high-achieving Sixth Form students
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group support, focusing on exam prep and university readiness

Who We’re Looking For

  • A recent or upcoming graduate (2:1 or above) from a Russell Group or top university
  • Passionate about working in education and making a lasting impact
  • Confident, articulate, and committed to a long-term career in teaching
  • Prior tutoring or mentoring experience is a plus, but not essential
