As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to engage with the local community and contribute to its educational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students
- Provide one-to-one assistance to students who may need additional help
- Assist with the planning and implementation of classroom activities
- Support students with special educational needs or disabilities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the overall well-being and pastoral care of students

Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree (2:1 & above desirable, from a Russell Group University).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and supporting students
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
